Google is not as blatantly liberal as MSN but it’s still obvious they are Snowflakes.

I cannot say enough.i don’t want to see any ads. I should have the right to play a game or whatever without being bombarded and irritated by these ads. Which I could choose another search engine besides google.

Such a step backward in usability.

Simple and fast.

You used to be able to swipe articles away now I have to click a button and click another button to “hide”. This is inconvenient, much easier and quicker to swipe away. Who’s bright idea was this? Other than that the app works the same but I do find myself avoiding it more now that I can’t get rid of stuff quickly.

I opened the app yesterday and I can no longer swipe away the news story’s I don’t care about. now I have to tap on two different buttons to make a story go away which is stupid. Plz stop changing everything almost every month it’s annoying.

I used to love this app, but now it won’t let me swipe to get cards off the screen after I read them. Please, please bring back that feature! Otherwise I’ll switch to other news apps, but I prefer to use this one because it’s my favorite.

Why did they remove swipe story to remove?

It keeps crashing freezing on iPhone X if you clear the pages the last one will freeze

Since the latest update, I can’t swipe right to clear items

The latest update removed swipe to dismiss of cards. Why they would move away from such functionality is beyond me. It’s takes milliseconds to swipe and secs to click the options of the card, delete, and so forth. This seems like a minor detail till you find yourself spending more time omitting cards and customizing your experience than you do reading through them.

Clear all tabs option is gone please bring it back Please update the app Also the swiping tabs feed is gone... what happened to that feature???

Swiping cards no longer works, the ads allowed in every article is so annoying that I don’t read the articles. Only 1/4 of the pages download half the time. I’ve used this app since it’s inception but will turn to safari.

When you click on an article you only get the first paragraph and endless amounts of blank space. If I want to see the entire article I have to open it in chrome or safari. LAME! You can no longer swipe articles away. App went from good to terrible.

Loved targeted news feed BUT it heavily drains battery. News are incomplete from time to time. Too many ads. I know it is third party web sites. But they appear within your app context

I’d give this app 5 stars a week ago. Today it’s only two stars. One of the nicest feature was the ability to swipe away articles that I am not interested. As a few days ago this feature is not working anymore. Nice upgrade google.

What happened to swipe to dismiss? I think everyone wants it back. Why would you guys take out such a great feature? I want it back. I guess I’ll have to go back to using Safari. I’ll miss you Google.

Why did you remove the ability to “swipe away” cards??! This was the best feature of the app. Please bring it back!

Ive liked the app, but seems like I can no longer dismiss any of cards by swiping. Looks like you have to now click on the little menu, then select dismiss from the menu. Much more cumbersome user experience.
