Cant. Take. It. Anymore. Please fix. Please.

What happened to this feature? It allowed me to dismiss stories I already read. Now, the stories have to be hidden via the top right of the card.

I have been using google for almost 3 years now when I try to watch YouTube it says check your internet or something but when I look at my internet it is perfectly fine !!!??? so yeah I tried deleting and reinstalling the app it still would not work!!!??Sorry I’m really ?.

App is excellent. However, since the last update there seems to be very low white noise coming from the speaker everytime the app is open. When I went to my battery usage the top app draining my battery was google - audio. Please fix and then its 5 stars again.

Pros: Forceful touch switches to navigation mode like it does for the native iPhone keyboard. Cons: Unable to learn new words. Case in point "Kubernetes", one of Googles flagship products.

The app is good and useful as always, nice UI tweaks but I think one little feature is missing, which is the ability to slide a card to the left when Im done with it or just not interested anymore. Please bring that back, because now the cards stay there like forever.

Seriously... which of us users said “wow, this swipe-the-story-away feature is really annoying”?!? You took it away in android, it so happens I switch to iPhone and see that the swipe still exists. Great! Well now you’ve taken it away. Look, I appreciate this news feed based on my interests. But if the app is annoying to use, I will treat it just like any other - with an uninstall. The 2 week countdown to bring the swipe back begins NOW.

The Gboard is great and is a lot better to use

I JUST LOVE IT. Its a really nice addition to my iPhone. I love the swipe thing along with the searchy thing. Please excuse my grade school grammar. Its 3 in the morning here.

What happened to swiping the cards you don’t want to remove them. Kind of a step back in functionality and ease of use.

~40% of my battery dead after this app is on-screen for about 20 minutes. Probably the most wasteful, inefficient, and poorly written application in the app store. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Can’t swipe the card in Google Now when done with a card. Very annoying and I stopped using it because of that. Please bring back.

This app is by far the worst offender of draining battery due to “background activity”. I disabled everything (background refresh, notifications, location services while not using) and it still pops up as the most battery life draining app I have, despite only using it a few minutes each day. If they don’t fix this, I’ll be looking for alternative solutions.

Version 39 has been draining my iPhone 7 battery like crazy! 74% of my battery life today using background data! Uninstalling until this is fixed.

Review is for the app: I like the news cards but the emphasis on them detracts from the core purpose. When I search, the keyboard comes up and I start typing but it doesnt register any input for a couple of seconds. This is pathetic and google should be ashamed.

As as a senior (90’s) and not educated re tech, Google has been what I have depended upon for my use of the internet! THANK YOU! M.Filimon
