Pretty bad battery drain issues with iOS 11.1.2 and iPhone X. So bad the device heats up.

Please update. I haven’t had issues before but now using the google app for just a couple of minutes causes my phone to warm up and it keep running in the background and draining my battery quickly. I have to be sure to force close it after each use to avoid killing off my battery before the day is over. Update. Version 40 was released and still experiencing the same issues. I never had any problems with overheating until version 39.

I was excited when I read about multilingual voice support, but when I was going to enable it, it wasnt there! Please fix it.

Love the app but the switch from swiping to having to use the 3 dots takes away from my reading experience. One of the things I loved about the app was being able to swipe away stories.

On iPhone X every time you try to swipe close open windows within the Google app, it freezes after deleting 3 or 4 windows and only way to use Google app again is to force close and reopen.

I am on google more than anything else on my phone and I really depend on it when working on projects and such, but lately its been not saving my recents. If I even open a new tab on my google app, the previous on will delete automatically... This causes a problem because when this happens, it also doesnt save the search link in history either. This means that I then have to go through related searches to find it.

Cannot select multiple languages as described!

This really is the best browser to use in my opinion. I like being able to login to my Google account and have everything syncd, just wished I could set it as my default browser and support for apples smart color invert would be the greatest.

Enough good things to tolerate the bad things.

With the latest update, swipe to dismiss an article no longer works. Have to click on the three dots on article header to hide it. Latest iOS on iPhone 7+.

Yes granted this app is perfect and it have everything we need but theres one flaw and that flaw is that why have a camera take a picture of words and translate then to diffrent language words when when the app can ALSO translate what people are saying in foreign videos? Because i do not want siri to translate what the video is saying next to siris mic , i watch foreign videos and i need to know what they’re saying, so google, i hope you’ll see this and find this idea useful sincerely-your user
