Very easy to use

The latest update makes Google multilingual, but I cannot select more than just one language in the settings.

I like that we can search in multiple languages now with the new update, and but why isn’t Albanian language a choice?

Developers .... Please correct the language name for TELUGU language incorrect value: తలుగు Correct value: తెలుగు

The keyboard function is buggy and kills my battery

This app is by far the slowest it has ever been. Why is technology going in reverse?? I literally dont use google for anything other than making basic searches, as Im sure most do. Please declutter this app and focus on improving performance. I dont understand you and Apples mentality of adding all of these new features that most dont use anyway at the expense of overall performance.

Why remove the swipe to dismiss cards gesture? Made the app unusable for me.

One of the most recent updates is killing my battery regardless of what Im doing in the app. About 2-3% per minute on an iPhone 7. Phone gets really hot too. Tried reinstalling and get the same behavior.

Love Google app, but using it more than 2 minutes seriously overheats the iPhone (6s)

Recent update seems to be setting off a major battery drain and overheating.

Google please update to support iPhone X. The apps been out forever and it feels like the phones been out long enough...

Slow, not in the sense that the app itself is unresponsive, but it’s notifications come too late, long after they are useful. For example there’s no point in letting me know that one of my packages has shipped hours after I have read that relevant email myself... Searching within this app has no distinct advantage over doing a search via Safari... Using this app for Google login two-factor authentication is also a problem because of the lag and delay before getting the notification in the app. Using the Authenticator ends up being faster.

I like reading the newsfeed, but I’ve narrowed it down as the culprit that is responsible for rapid power drain and overheating. Updated to iOS 11.1.2, but the problem still exists.

Google wont open and the app icon is greeted as if being updated. I am unable to delete Google and start over, either. I confirm that I want to delete and nothing happens: icons still jiggling. Zero stars for now.

This app drains my battery!

I used to love using the Google app, and would open it multiple times in a day to check my feed, weather and sports scores. However, with the latest version Google has taken away my ability to dismiss cards with a simple swipe, which means idea bunch of cards I dont care about in my feed constantly. The latest version of the app has also been draining my iPhones battery, with 8min of reading resulting in Google showing up as consuming 55% of my battery in a day. In comparison, Reddit used 8% of my battery after 36 min of reading. This is simply unacceptable.

Not sure whats up but had to get rid of it due to background battery consumption on an iPhone X 256. Ate 48% in the past 6 hours in the background.

I can’t even closed all the news in my app? I was able to just to do these on my iPhone 6.
