Latest Version Causes Overheating/Background Battery Drain

Please update. I haven’t had issues before but now using the google app for just a couple of minutes causes my phone to warm up and it keep running in the background and draining my battery quickly. I have to be sure to force close it after each use to avoid killing off my battery before the day is over.

Update. Version 40 was released and still experiencing the same issues. I never had any problems with overheating until version 39.
