I didnt have to open the App Store to write this. Literally genius. Plus the app is pretty Neto.

Great tool for searching the net.

I just wanted to schedule an oil change on my phone through the app. But the stupid google bar on the bottom of the screen is covering the next button. I can’t minimize it, it just goes back to the app home page. Then I have to enter the information again. I’ve done this like 5 times now and I’m ready to throw my phone across the room. Stupid interaction for a bottom navigation. Especially if it’s going to cover part of the screen I need to click on. ARGH???

I generally like using Google, but it is very scary that they are so evasive about the misleading Russian ads they carried that influenced the 2016 US presidential election.

In the last update they added a toolbar across the bottom of whatever screen your on that pops up if you accidentally touch it. Its annoying and blocks the page. Otherwise, this is the best search tool!

Gboard is so useful because in the middle of texting you can go to yt or google maps or search on google

Ever since that bottom bar started displaying related search results, the UX in this app has been terrible. The back button floats up?? I constantly hit the bottom box instead of the back button. If I stop scrolling the page, that bar comes back up. No setting to turn it off. No way to dismiss and have it STAY down. Awful.

I like using this app, however, I really dislike the google window at the bottom of the page. It’s in the way when I need to make a selection at the bottom of the screen. I know how to make it smaller so I can make a selection. It’s just to much work just to see the bottom of the screen. Most times I just give up and click open page in Safari so I don’t have deal with it. Its also slightly annoying because it never goes away and I don’t see an option to close it. The only time it goes away is when I scroll up which does me no good if I want to look at the very bottom of the page. It would be much better if it was hidden at the top of the screen and I can just swipe down if I want to see it. At least give an option to close the box.

Beyond the bad press and sponsor-limited searches, I could always at least count on the *find function* to reduce the amount of wasted time to find a keyword in the search results... turns out this latest update removes that. So disappointing. Curious if theyll fix that, as important as it is...

There are some things that I’m looking for and it’s pretty accurate

The app keeps crashing while on an open webpage. Get the blank page saying site not available , try again . Unreliable mobile search page.

There is something very wrong with this app. Its harder to swipe cards away. You try to swipe a card and it opens up the page instead or it scroll up or down when you are able to swipe the card away. It also wants open videos at full screen and my screen turns black for a split second. Its getting really annoying.
