...but I am unable to see google options underneath the google search box on my iPhone google homepage. Such as weather, sports, entertainment, eat and drink etc.. How can I retrieve those shortcuts so they appear on my Google home screen?

I used to be able to swipe away the articles, sports scores, etc. that I had already read, or didn’t want to read them. Now I have to go to menu, then hide story. Please bring back swipe!

App had always worked flawlessly for me, but this last update screwed up what have been a nice experience, crashing, freezing no weather at a glance, etc. I’d be willing to update my review and rating if they work on this issues.

Not sure why that is, but the convenience of not having to type in basic search terms is sorely missed

I woke up and clicked on my iPhone SE google- and I seem to have a ancient version- that nice one I had with all those helpful things GONE- weather icon missing also —-TRY CONTACTING GOOGLE IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!!

Constantly restarting app on iOS11

I’ve used Google since I’ve owned a phone and currently that’s an iPhone. I love the news feed and that I can make it my own. What I don’t like now is why can’t I swipe off the cards I’ve read? This was so convenient. Please bring back this feature! Also, where are my Google weather, sports, entertainment eat and drink shortcuts? I like being able to click the weather and see the frog or look restaurants etc with just a touch of the button! Someone please check this stuff out!

This app gives you yes/no two-factor authentication questions when you log into Google on your computer. That works quite seamlessly, although somehow itd be nicer to do the same with just one button push and a bigger accept/deny button, too. What is more of a joke is the Apple Watch behavior. It only gives you a notification that you are logging in and need to approve the login. BUT: it doesnt actually let you approve it. You need to pull out your phone and approve there.

I can’t imagine modern life without Google.

I no longer can see the option to click on weather, google flights, entertainment, food, and all the options google offer in its feed. I only see all my interest like my cards.

This keeps getting better and better with each update. I have an iPhone 4 and an iPad with Siri. I find this to be A LOT better than Siri. Good job, google. This one is a winner. Update: on an iPhone 7+ now and I still love this app! I use it several times a day to check the news headlines. I would love to be able to swipe to delete news stories that I’ve already read.

This app is very good I recommend this to everyone. Especially the Gboard!! I look up a lot of things and find them all. Quick and easy.

I miss being able to swipe away news stories on your home page to hide the story. Why was this taken away?

The Google App was much better when you could swipe the news articles to remove them. This have to go through the tiny box of options to hide the article or select “not interested” is ridiculous!

This app has gotten so slow. Too tedious to continue using. Please fix the responsiveness of this app.
