Barely works !!!!

I have been using google for almost 3 years now when I try
to watch YouTube it says check your internet or something
but when I look at my internet it is perfectly fine !!!???
so yeah I tried deleting and reinstalling the app it still would not work!!!??Sorry I’m really ?.
